Dr. McDreamy!!! I wouldn't want it to be a stupid accident that results in surgery because that would suck and he would think I was stupid lol. He just seems like the most normal person on and off camera. Dr. McSteamy has something weird about him. And I don't like Dr. Haun. If I had to pick attending, 2 residents and an intern it would be the following -- Dr. McDreamy, Dr. Bailey, Dr. Karev, and Dr. O'Malley!

Dr. Bailey cause is she really nice and a good surgeon.
Dr. Karev cause is is a good guy and works hard and is nice to patients. He doesn't get too fed up in the drama.
Dr. O'Malley because he has already been through everything and he is a nice guy :)
