I do all the time. Some things just smell wonderful on people. having the right chemistry!

oh yes. I absolutely do.. I love perfume, and I get curious as to what it is that they are wearing.

Um.. Not if I don't know the person. If I'm making small talk with someone like in line somewhere, I might.
usually it bothers my allergies and sets off a migraine. so i grab my nose and try to get as far away as possible.

Sure (men and women both)! Might seem a tad odd to some people, but I'm sure there are just as many who would be flattered to know that you liked the scent they chose. Besides. I'd hate to smell a great scent and never know the name so I could get it for myself if I really liked it that much.
