Ok I dont know about putting in something else, but plain ole cucumber salad is a fav in my house. Cut up cukes, add to taste, sugar, mayo or miracle whip, and a little milk. YUMMY

I like to eat them by themselves, put them in salad, put together a dressing of sour cream and dill and combine the cucumbers with onions, do onions and cucumbers in a sugar vinegar mix, pasta salad... lots of things!
