The face, but it doesn't hurt to have nice body to go alone with the face.
A shallow guy would say the body as you can always put a brown bag over the head.
However, since I am not shallow, I would just leave the bag off.

the face... someone can be completely ugly in the face and have a nice body, but then again, someone can have a gorgeous face and a really ugly body too.
