actually - they should tell you why something is being deleted and if it's because someone has reported it, then they should tell you who reported it so you can block them.

yes I think they should tell you what wrong you did!-

yes, definitely........

absouletely..they do not even say why..that is so irrating!!! I totally agree with you. here's a star!!!

Yea.

yeah, that really annoys me! i've had answers deleted because i broke the rules and i've gone back and looked at the question i had answered and i find nothing wrong with what i said.

I completely agree. I've had good questiond deleted for nothing and my account deleted for who knows what.

Yes, they ought to explain at the time. Have you posted that idea on the Suggestions Board? The Answers Team read it and may act on it, if we're lucky.

Yes, I agree. I think they need to explain what you did that caused the Violation Notice. It is like a child: you must explain to the child what the incorrect behavior was so that the child can learn and not repeat the same mistake.

Yes, I think that that would be a good idea.

Yes they should. How do they expect you to not do something wrong again if you don't know what you did wrong in the first place.

they won't,Ive seen people swear on here and not get violated, then Ive put up questions on here that were a lot less critical than most and have been.its all hit or miss here.just take your chances

yes yes and yes i try writing them back every time and i only get that automated email crap! it gets on my nerves i hate it so much im mad just thinking about it

That would be nice! I'd like to know! =)

yea
I think that would be great so people won't have to start over sooooo many times then they may not do it again

Hmm! I have noticed that many of the people who have answered others in an insulting way or ask questions that are not aproved tend to close their A&Q to other people. I supect that like me , that others expect that you have something to hide. So, possibly being nice, and above board is the way to go. I don't know. No, I wasn't pointing fingers. It was a broad observation. Food for thought.. Hang in there , you'll get there eventually.

You are Absolutely Right because no matter how many times we have read this and that they've posted, you still can't get an answer from them on anything quite frankly and I think we deserve at least that much for crying out-loud. Sometimes I wonder if they even really look in to what they do.
In fact I know that can't really being paying that much attention, because there has been to many useless and stupid mistakes made on their behalf as far as I'm concerned.

The staff is very inconsistent in judging material deemed in violation. If you go to the Violation Appeals Board and look at some of the appeals, you'll see violations for the most arbitrary reasons. I looked at some the other day and it's like "What is wrong with that?"

yes, they delete your profiles because people don't like what you say; it's as simple as that.

PICK ME NEGRO, you know who this is! LOL, JK.

No, I do not think so. Their standards are fairly clear and it is up to you to make sure your question is framed in a way that the guidelines are met BEFORE you post it. In a sense, they put the jar of vasaline in front of you in advance.
