Usually if I'm stressed, I have a little talk with our Lordy, but sometimes I just pray to thank him for getting me through some tough times in the day. I think I pray pretty often, as far as doing it before I sleep.
Can't say I do it regularly, but hey, something's better than nothing, right? Jesus would get lonely if we didn't talk to him.

usually I make an effort it helps me clear my mind..even if you don't belive in God you should still pray ...I think it helps you I mean you're not praying anything, but it helps you establish what you would like help with and to have strenghth and to clearly see what you want from yourself...but oh yes I pray! to God what would we do without him! nothing!!!!!
no actually. i use to but not anymore. i haven't prayed at night for a loooong time now. i am still catholic though.
