Why do Users on P+S Winge after getting Reported when they dont get the answer t!

i only complain about getting reported when its for nothing but i never block any one
I complain after I get reported or blocked for no reason that I understand sometimes....But I can't say I've ever been reported for not getting an answer I wanted, most of the time my reported questions don't make it long enough to get answers:o) And I rarely block anyone, and certainly not for having a difference of opinion.
i dont know, just like to whinge i suppose, blocking is a bit over the top if its for nothing
