*thinks* well................. the people in P&S would keep their darned TC Badges for one thing!!!!! lol.
- and, you would have the right to know who reports your Q&A when it's excessive, so that you have the option of blocking the person.
- you could manage your fans like you do on 360, with the ability to accept or decline, and the ability to delete just one or two without having to dump the lot of them. (contacts you can drop, fans you can't unless you drop everyone, which sucks).
- any racist or pornographic or offensive content would be pulled immediately, and the account suspended for 1 week; 2nd offense, suspended for 1 month; 3rd offense, DELETED permanently. <remember that kids use this site too, not just adults; even so, some adults don't enjoy seeing this stuff either!> - appeals for violations would actually be looked into!, and if the Q&A was reported for an unnecessary reason, the Q&A would be restored, the points returned (which they do on occasion) AND the individual that reported unnecessariy would take the point loss along with a notice explaining that abuse of the report key was a violation of the rules <which it is>
- avatar games would be allowed <provided they were in good taste and didnt violate any of the other rules>
- there would be no bull fighting section LOL
- you could extend the question for longer than 1wk; <maybe 2 at most, but no longer than that>
- those creepy gray 'incognito' avatars that are there for those who dont have 360 or dont make an avatar would be replaced by another pic ... something less creepy and serial-killerish.
- the spell check would actually work. LOL
- i keep it somewhat like this site, just with those few minor changes.

I first stumbled accross Y/A about 2 years ago...I was hooked! Then I started reading some of the absolutely STUPID and senseless Q&A's people post. If I did my own thing the jokers would be banished.
Hmm-m-m. I'm still trying to figure out how to keep it totally open but devoid of idiots and children. I WOULD like to see video conference calls; that would effectively do away with avatars.
My Q&A site would be lawless...no violation notices, no deletion and no suspension whatsoever. Let the people be as hilarious and as vulgar as they want to. Let everyone have fun and have a good laugh every day. Let it be a place for everyone to cheer up at the end of the day! ;-)

I am 100% behind moonbelle with one caveat. No threats of real life violence against anyone allowed. Other then that, no limits, no suspensions, none of that crappy stuff.
The keyword is JUSTICE. That's what Yahoo Answers appallingly lack.
