Question: ok here is a picture of all the doctors....notice how each new doctor gets slightly better looking so like the 17th doctor will be gorgeous......and of course the 100th doctor will be CLAY AIKEN...lol

i remember the doctor with curly hair and the scarf!
good theory. if i had to choose a dr it would be dr 111. so far the best has been the guy with dark curly hair and the long scarf. he had such a wit about him. his assistant was not very interesting though. colin baker was a fine dr also
