No. Fried beans are too crunchy. That's why you have to let them sit for a while and fry them again (it makes the beans nice and soft, and usually a bit mushy).
It's kind of like twice-baking a potato.

i dont like beans though.

there's this guy I know who tells a lot of race jokes when he's hammered. He said that re-fried beans are something something proof that Mexicans can't get anything right the first time.
