How many members of the US Congress does it take to put in a light bulb? :)?!

Question: Come up with a funny answer.

Answers: Come up with a funny answer.

First it would have to go to committee, first appropriations to see how money is budgeted. Then to the Department of Energy to estimate man power need vs. the light output. Then he or she would have to check with all the special interest groups to see how it would benefit them. Then they would have to call the Capital Police to investigate why the light wasn’t work. In the end, the bulb would be found burning as brightly as ever! It was simply congress’ inability to see the light! But only after costing millions in tax payers money!

So none!

they prolly dont know what a light bulb is... they'd prolly pay bout $300 for someone to do it for them..

This is funny . It would take all of them . Why ? First they would commission a : study : at taxpayer costs in the thousands of dollars to make sure they do this right. After they spend our Tax dollars They would find a janitor / Maintenance person . Thanks for the laugh , Please do not take this hard , sadly I could see this happen , Congress spending a fortune of Money to see how to change a light bulb . Thanks I needed this question it is just to funny to pass up and sadly it might be somewhat true [ My Answer ]
