I plan on learning to salsa dance with my husband. I heard that is the best aerobic workout! Other than that I try to walk but I don't like going out by myself.

I swim laps in the evening.

It makes me feel good and because I exercise everyday I eat anything I want and I never gain wait. Oh and I eat tons of protein and only drink water, juice in the morning, and coffee lol.

You know what else is good sounds silly but it works for me I put me music on and do squats, like booty dancing. To work my inner thighs. It works.
And crunches while I watch TV.

The older you become the slower your metabolism gets to just try to keep active.

I swim about three times a week usually in the morning.
I also have an exercise bike which I use while I'm watching tv in the evening.

i exercise for about 1 hour per day, maybe 1.5 hours if i feel like it. I do this usually at about 7 o'clock at night and i stay on the LL Cool J's Platinum Workout schedule....it works too.

i do excerise. I do an excerise bike, at home, usually for about 2 hours in the afternoon around 12:00 to 2:00, and then again for another 2 hours at night around 8:00 to 10:00. But this works for me bc im a stay at home mom and that is when my kids take their nap and that is when they go to bed and right before my bedtime.

night because im busy at day and i think that since i dont eat at night, it is better to do it on that time because after sit up..i will not eat anymore and that kinda satisfy me

I go to the gym when my husband gets home from work (around 3ish) I do 30min on the treadmill, lift weights, then 30 min on the bike.

(PS I am still FAT!! So don't take what I say too much to heart!)

Not really, I walk everywhere though so I am pretty fit.

I EXERCISE QUITE REGURALY USUALLY IN THE MORNINGS ABOUT AN HOUR OR SO AFTER BREAKFAST. I COMBINE THE GYM AND HOME WORK OUTS

I walk with my dog, 2 1/2 miles a day (weather permitting). I prefer to walk first thing in the morning, after my first cup of coffee. I seem to have a lot of energy thoughout the day then. It gives me a great start to the day.

I run 3 times a week with this bad weather. Either in the morning if not too cold, or later in the afternoon. Twice a week I attend Karate class with my sons.
You only need to set aside about 1/2 hour each day. That's not too much. You just have to do it.

i hate to exercise, i like to swim...but i don't have a pool, i like to walk...it's usually between the afternoon and evening, i'm no good in the mornings, i told my husband to buy me an ipod and i will go jogging with him. still waiting on that ipod. it's ok, i'm in good shape anyway.

Yes. Three times a week. I do aerobics in the evening after work. I have to work it in around homework help and cooking dinner. But it is worth it because it is something for me to fell better about myself. Private time.

well i have husband, a six year old, and a 3month old. On top of that i work full time as does my hubby. On the weekend i try to work out a little but with cubscouts and all the other million things going on it's hard to find time. i am up at 5 am and stay busy till 9pm and then it's off to bed.......

I walk the dog in the mornings between 6-6:45 Monday-Friday. I also do a weight training DVD 3 evenings a week. On the weekend it varies depending on our plans.

Yes, I have to. I walk or ride my bike for an hour each evening and on the weekends and then lift weights and do crunches for about 45 minutes during the 10:00 news. I have to just schedule the time for it and make myself do it.

Yes, I exercise. I do cardio fitness, weight training, and pilates. I do cardio fitness and weight training in the afternoon between 3:00-4:00pm. (Afternoon). I make a schedule every day and follow that schedule.
