Maybe the ones that have tried like 10 times to quit should be sent to an Island..
They should be given phychiatric help and suport and be trusted by sociity. They should be given a chance, If they blow that. Then leve them to rot.

No,my boyfriend does pot,'shrooms,and some other stuff and it's made me realize that they put him in a better mood,it takes the stress away from him.So sometimes I do thinks drugs are needed in certain cases be before them I guess he used to be a pretty upset kid.

My younger Brother took Heroin for 1 Year.
He went into Rehap for a Year,and has not been taking Drugs for 10 Years now.He has a beautiful Wife and lovely Son,and a very well payed Job.If you would meet him now,you would have never thought,that he took Drugs.He is a very friendly,lovely Person.

I would give them 2 chances to get clean with medical help, if they failed after the 2 chances I would just give them an overdose.

I can see from some of the answers that you have got that there are too many do-gooders and that is why the country is in the state that it is with drug addicts, criminals and juvenile delinquents running riot.

But so many people use things as substatutes, food, drink and harder drugs - they are saying something to the society that they live in and that is what you should be asking

If society is judgeing you as nothing all the time, and drugs help you not care, it is not the drugs falt, it is the fault of the society
You who asked the question, you are part of the society, you maintain the problem for adicts, you are judging them as nothing
You are saying that they are nothing, they are feeling that they are nothing, so they take drugs to not care and you are saying you don't care
So, you are like an introduction service, you are a part of society that says "you are nothing - those who are nothing are not worth anything, get out of my life, there is a drug pusher and he will give you something to take away reality, drug pusher meet nothing, nothing - drug pusher"
