Question: well it depends, if we are talking sashimi style sushi restaurant tuna, then neither but if it is deli tuna, tuna ll the way, makin me hungry you know.

Salmon is my all time favorite!
I don't like Tuna and I never had Salmon. That's kind of hard for me to answer. The answer would probably be salmon though.
I like both, Baked salmon is tasty & white albacore is good.
