Love Fondue and the one below is a great old standby...
Welsh Rabbit
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
dash of cayenne
dash of paprika
1/2 cup ale or beer
1 lb. sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
Mix seasonings in skillet. Add ale and let stand over very low heat until the ale is hot. Add the cheese and stir till melted.
I like large homemade croutons on metal skewers.... with this...just dip them in...
Lots of meat and different kinds of sausages in the Bourguignonne one...just love it....
