It's almost 5:15 pm here in the UK. Lunch today *was* a goats' cheese salad.

I had lunch 5 hours ago and I had polenta with melted cheese on top and mushroom and tomatoes. For tea I'm gonna have egg, chips and beans.

Its almost dinner time. For lunch I had some chicken curry soup and dinner will be sweet red peppers stuffed with tuna and covered in cheese. I will also be cooking my Husband's dinner which is a baked potato with cheese and butter, roast pork with crackling and a poached egg.both dinners will be served with a side tomato and onion salad as well as a mixed leaf salad with rocket, baby spinach leaves and chard, radishes, cucmber, spring onion, chillies.
