i like an artificial one, less hassle and gets reused year after year.

real, nothing can bet the smell of a real pine tree in a house at christmas!!
loooove the smell of a real tree. but they can be a real hassle. and expensive! a fake tree costs the same as a real tree but can be used again and again.

I like real trees in my neighbour's house, I also do not celebrate Christmas I am Muslim but I like real trees they have this earthy scent that ignites a room
I don't have a tree, as I'm Jewish, but I certainly think the real ones are prettier than the fake ones, and they can be recycled to mulch for the city's gardens afterward.

I don't bother with one, great for the kids tho! When I was a kid we always had an artificial one never a real one , dunno why tho!
Artificial tree because I don't like vacuuming up the pine needles. Besides we need to keep the trees and not harm them.
has to be artificial to save on cutting of trees.
of course real, nothing like spending a good hour or two outside finding the perfect tree then chopping it down only to use for about a week or two then chopping it into littler peices as fire wood.....al gore probobly hate me
I prefer a real one. But the last few years have had an artificial one. Last year I discovered a mouse had been in the box oh gosh hope there is no droppings this year. Its the sort of parcels you can do without.
