im always nicer too shy people cuz i know their more sensitve. and if they see u like them they open up more.

they get louder, and they usually have the dirtiest/ strangest thoughts in their heads! and, they're usually nicer people...
they don't fidget as much, they look u in your eye more, they sit or stand strait or leaning towards u, they smile more, they talk more frankly. id more specific but i cant think of a specific person

That there actully really loud people who are fun to hang out with. OR, they can be pretty down to earth and understanding. Either way, great friends to have.
