Which will hit $5.00 a gallon first.............?!

Question: Milk or Gas?

Answers: Milk or Gas?

Milk! I just paid $5/gallon for milk this morning. We go through 5 or 6 gallons a week...three kids. Gas is $3.09/gallon here.

milk

milk

I think milk

MILK.

sad isn't it?

Milk

Milk???
have the saudi's cornered the market on milk too?

in Calif. gas is $3.21 a gal...(at the cheap station)....they say gas will be $4.00 a gal by the holidays.....insane! Milk is crazy too....the government has their hand in that

Milk, It's already 4.98 a gall here

milk! it's almost there now.

Milk its already 4 something in some stores around my neighborhood.

gas

I think gasoline will hit that mark first. ^_^ Why?

Because the price of milk varies from store to store, and milk has this problem with *shelf life*, the stuff doesn't last forever. Gasoline, however, has no expiration date, and once the price goes up in one place it generally rises in them *all* in short order. So there's no reason why any place would offer gasoline *cheaper* than the highest price gouge the market will tolerate.

Not to mention...people aren't brainwashed into thinking they *absolutely MUST* have Milk or use Milk every day 7 days a week...compare this to how people say they "need their cars." Gas Stations know their market is captive more or less, that the people who *buy fuel* are going to keep on doing it regardless of price. No such "guarantee" exists with milk. Milk is not an addiction the way gas is, so there's no excuse for grocery stores to act like *drug pushers and thugs*.

But hey, what do I know? ^_^ Have a star!

Yeah what Bradley said...

In IL gas for sure. We were at 3.25 a gallon today. I paid 2.78 for milk.
