YES I WOULD CALL THE POLICE. BECAUSE NO MATTER WHAT IT IS NOT OK TO HIT A WOMAN. WHY WOULD I REPORT IT. BECAUSE THIS HAPPENED TO ME MORE TIMES THEN I CARE TO REMEMBER AND NOBODY EVEN TRIED TO HELP. A MAN THAT HIT'S A WOMAN IS LOWER THEN WHALE POOP AND THAT IS AT THE BOTTOM OF THE OCEAN.

No cuz ppl dont like u butting into there business once u do that she'll deny the whole thing happening, go back to her man, and they'll plot something worse against u. It's happened so many times, even to my dad which made me so mad. U just cant help some ppl

If I were you, yes I would report it QUICKLY and A.S.A.P. The next thing you should do is NOT get involed or else the husband can beat you too. Be careful not to be visible in front of the man who is beating or he can come to your house. When the police come, do not go outside or tell them that you are the one who called. If you do in front of the guy, he will do payback to you.

You should have called Police before writing in. Why are you wasting time, no woman deserves to be hit by any man. A man that hits a woman is a wimp.
