No one would believe you because all the scam artists are already claiming that they are selling one. So don't put in all the effort required for a probably-unsolvable problem (every cold virus is different and what cures one might not cure the variant that someone else has).

I already have one - drink a good amount of orange juice when you feel a cold coming and during the cold. It gets rid of it quickly (for me at least)
