For those musicians out there?!

Question: ok, i am going to be the pianist for my mother's company's Christmas party. i am to pick out a version of the star spangled banner for everyone to sing while i play. i got a version i b flat major. for the part where it goes " and the rockets red glare," red glare are on the notes of f. and then the part of " or the land of the free," free also hits an f. is that too high to make people try to hit? i am a 16 year old soprano and don't know if old, middle age people could sing that. there will be a couple hundred there. what do you think?

thank you so much!

WHOA the star spangled banner at a christmas party damn you americans are patriots!!!

why not just double up the F. on two or even three octaves -- but the thing is they will likely sing along tonally but not necisarily on each note in that octave for instance baritones or tenors wouldn't likely be able to hit what a soprano sings..

I think it might be too high for middle aged people. You should try to make it a little bit lower.

Thay don't have sing it perfect just at least try.don't worry aboutr too hard.

I don't think so. It is pretty good, you should stick wit what you have. I bet it'll become really great!

lol. ouch. just play the notes and let them decide if they should even sing it or not.
