mice and rats, make great pets. these are the domesticated rats that are bred for being a loving pet.

EWWWWWWW I wouldnt! I had a chinchilla for 4 years and he just passed away 2 weeks ago and he had full run of the house- he was litter trained so he had a very good and spoiled life! I still miss him sooooo much! But last winter we had a mouse and gizzy- the chinchilla chased it away damn fast! Had no more mice that year!!!!! They r creepy crawly ickey little things that just make me want to crawl on top of the table!
When my son was little, he had a pet snake. I got tired of going to the pet store every week to buy a mouse, so my husband had a separate aquarium full of em!

I have no idea. I would never buy one. If you want a small pet like that, I think you should get a fish. Mice are gross.
