Have you ever noticed people in the "10 items or less line"...........!
Question: with carts full of groceries? I guess they don't care what the sign says. I mean, isn't this line for people in a hurry? People will go up there with two carts of grocery, even with other lines open! Anyone ever been in that line behind someone with lots of grocery?

I have been in that situation many times. It is very annoying indeed! But how come the cashier doesn't say anything.
I have noticed that and I must confess I am guilty of that as well.
yeah they dont say anthing to them but with ppl who have 2 more items than their suppose to have have to go back to the other lines
I wish I could smack them with the closest gossip magazine and not get in trouble.
it happens all the time. I usually go to the self check out line. much faster

and if they don't budge, I either tell them to get out, or I tell the cashier

Yes, and I've been the cashier too. It annoys the heck out of me either way. Why is it that some people think the rules apply to everyone but them? Some people are just so self-absorbed they are oblivious to the fact that what they do affects other people.
Edit...I used to kick people with carts out of the Express lane when I was a cashier. Not all cashiers are stupid!

yea, I have..I'll admit i've done it too..but i didn't have like 30 items..i had like 13 and i didn't want to stand in a line where everyone else had like 100 items..but what i did see this one lady do was, divide her purchases by 3..u know everyone behind her was pissed right, she said they were for different people, so she was paying everything seperate. what a liar..lol..
YES .. I mean a few extra items is fine but a whole basketfull is pushing it. I love the few clerks who stand up and say sorry I can't ring you up in this line.. the fact is most don't and that's why people wait in this line regardless..
yep...and then of course you got the one who have 3 items that total $7 and use a credit card to pay only to have it declined...

I hate when that happens. I will even let people with only a few items go in front of me if I have a whole cart.
