there is no gravity on the moon, great for high jumps, not so good for a humans bones and muscles they waste away without the resistance and pressure that an atmosphere and gravity provide, also we don't have the technology yet to house and feed all those billions of people, because with no atmosphere there's no going outside, unless you want to suffer explosive decompression. imagine being trapped in a small sweaty confined space with your most hated enemy for years, would you be able to live with them in peace and harmony, or would you go insane trying to get out or away from them. living on the moon would be just like that.
