Yes, I know the feeling. It's been a very stressful day. I think that its the weather. And the fact that I'm trying to potty train my 30 month daughter. But, all I did was sit down, count to 10 (more like 100) and relax. Sometimes when that doesn't work for me, I go outside to get some fresh air and think about something positive, like that its early thursday morning, You only have 2 days til the weekend.

Have a good day/night.

best way to lose the stress is roll a fat *** blunt and smoke a facey

breathe. loosen up. make yourself busy. surely you'll be relaxed. why don't you try a new hobby? express yourself. draw or write. it helps. also try to eat chocolate.. =)

On your favourite music.Relax & have a glass of your favourite drink.

You can do some breathng exercises. Breath in slowly and exhale slowly (counting to 10).

Any hobbies to keep your mind occupied? It sure helps.

relaxs and hear to some music...if that didnt help u...u just go out from ur home and go to some places that can make u relaxs...

i just walk away...if you're that stressed it's probably not even worth your time..just walk away..enjoy your existance...walk away...walk away..walk away..(to fade)...

im not happy today and i can't really work out why....

if you could only believe me your day is a kids day out.. compared to mine .. i have been charge .. assaulted by police .and i . have to go to court again . over . a decking that all.

Take time away from whatever it is that is stressing you out. Go for a walk - at least 10 minutes.

Breathe deeply.

Or just go and have a good old laugh with someone! This is a good stress reliever.
