Everytime, regardless. If I have touched the handle to the door, sink or whatever, I wash my hands WITH soap.
I even wash them when I have been out and about touching handles and counters, etc.
This very act, keeps me healthy and free of colds and flu.

I even use a tissue to turn on the water, and another to turn it off, plus I usually take another piece of tissue to open the door, or sometimes I wait for another woman to come in, and get out without even touching the door..
