Do you think US companies really care abou their clients.....?!

Question: Or are they just in it for the money?

There are more instances than I care to remember where I got screwed by a US Company's bad service and/or business malpractice.

None of them have a clue as to what their clients wants needs or concerns are. Wouldn't it be so much better if they did care?

Probably all the companies in world have the sole concern of profit not customer service -unfortunately

I believe, most companies, US or not, care more about the money than they do the clients.

if they are a big company......then im afraid that you are just another customer. if you dont like the service, they really couldnt care less if you leave. they have plenty of other clients. so you leaving will not have any effect on their business.

Personally I think it's all about the money.

only if not caring about them will cost them money.

They like to pretend they care. It's good for their image.

Personally, I think they are in it for the money. This does not mean, however, that they only think about that. To be successful, they need to provide what consumers want. That's what product surveys are about: finding out what the majority wants. Trying to please everyone is not only improbable, it's impossible. Someone will always be left-out or effectively ignored, because they aren't with the majority. Democracy is the same way: whoever doesn't win the election is effectively left out.

Clients are just an account number,it's all about the $$$$$$$$
