What's your reason for not allowing email contact or people to add you as a !
Question: so yesterday for the first time I opened up my allow email contacts so a few of my friends could contact me. I thought it would be nice. well within minutes of doing this i get freaking 8 mails from the perv's ..most of them couldn't even type properly..trying to hit on me etc.
sad that we can't just be left alone. would be nice if yahoo allowed us to pick who can and can't contact us while still leaving the email contact button closed. so like have a few of your favorite contacts allowed to contact you through answers with out opening up the email function. I know i know we can always hand out our email..but that's not the point. point is

first turn on your spam then don't show your email to others...
you've just given the reasons not to open yourself to emails!
people can email me, and add me. but i'll block anyone on level 1 or 2 that i don't know

In all honesty, you might want to change your pic. You're avatar is attracting them. BTW, I don't have a problem with your avatar, I'm just making a suggestion to solve your problem.

l'm open to e-mails but if l start getting any spam or nasties l will close it.
