No, not at all normal behavior. Unless you and that boss have that kind of relationship. I would feel VERY uncomfortable if my current boss were to do something like that with me. If you do feel uncomfortable make a personal written note to yourself about the incident (including the date and time) and also note any other following incidences that may occur. These notes may one day come in very handy should this boss get too out of line.
