I'm cold, should a put another jumper on or put the heating on?!
Question: well that depend on "how cold" and if you have enough money to pay that tremendous heating bill, and if you get sick, and can't work because you refused to turn on your heat, how will you pay your rent, there are many things to consider here, this cannot be a snap decision you make! LOL

I put a jumper on but it wasn't enough - go straight for the heating.

it depends, are you trying to save money but not putting the heating on. If so then put an extra jumper on and some warm sockes. If your still cold put a blanket aroubd you and have a nice hot cup of tea.
Put a jumper on and do some star jumps to get your blood pumping. That'll get your warm. SAVE THE ENVIORNMENT!!!
Put on two more jumpers and your thermal vest and make yourself a hot drink
i am currently wearing a pull over and track suit bottoms and it seems to be doing the trick. the heating is a lot more effective tho but after a while my eyes start to feel dry and funny so this works better for me. i'd say suit urself
