Is Yahoo in Violation of the Human Guidlines or do some people have way too much!

6-Nov-07 07:21 am Dear Yahoo Moderators , I'm writing this letter in an effort to expose MAJOR violations being committed on your website .

1. Attacks against special interest groups that go largely ignored .
2. Oppression of the greatest kind and at the highest level .
3. Suppression of Free Speech .
4. Equality for only a select group , and none other .
5. Suppression of opposing views .
6. Sinister lies being committed by the Administration. .. .YAHOO'S ADMINISTRATION !

A particular user , amongst countless others , has recently been suspended and I think it's high-time that Yahoo got themselves a MIRROR to reflect upon their own STAFF , and their own POLICIES . This user posted an appeal to her suspension , and quite frankly everyone on both sides of the political spectrum believes this was WRONG . Yet you , Yahoo , decided to delete her appeal. . .WHY ? - Well because other users , both Liberal and Conservative decided that this was a particularly outrageous suspension , and they saw fit to show their support . Now you can quote your little rules and guidelines all you want and remind us that no one is ALLOWED to comment on someone elses appeal , but you've also insulted our intelligence . We're not all children here . We're not stupid either . You know as well as we know that NO ONE can control who comments on a particular post . This lady didn't invite anyone to comment ,

Gotta love some Earnest T early in the morning. Goes great with that second cup of coffee!

LOL...so that's what you were talking about. Some people have NO life and are just a little on the nutty side. Except for you......you are just completely full of nuts.

That's just too much to read (clearly I dont have THAT much time on my hands)..... but thanks for the points!

hi your a star for doing this thanks hugs

LOL LOL LOL LOL

Earnest needs to get his pilgrim wet.

Some people have no life.

I find it absolutely amusing that this certain user (whom I won't call out by name) is projecting his own indiscretions onto others. "Free speech?" When will people realize that this is a private forum and that Yahoo reserves the right to do as it please? Yes, there are instances where Yahoo does go to the extreme in doling out violations and suspensions. However, for the most part, the majority of those handed out were deserved (including me).

This user has his own history of using Y!A to bait others into slinging insults back and forth. I am not full aware about the circumstances surronding the suspended user in question (nor do I honestly care to know) but as for this user, he should be the last person who should be complaing about abuse.

"3. Suppression of Free Speech"

That line shows that you have no idea what youre talking about. You have no free speech rights on a privately owned forum-to allow your free speech would limit that of Yahoo.
