Yes it sure can, a couple of mine got deleted.
yes... some people could just go through your profile and report everything even if it was resolved. that's why i keep my profile private
edit: no yours is not set to private. click on "edit my info". scroll down to "privacy" and check the last two boxes that said make your q/a private and contacts private. they should have blue boxes with question marks in them. click save and you're done.

Ive had it happen to and they take the points away. One day I came in and was down 22 points.
Sure can. I've had several of my "best answers" removed.
I think so because I have seen people saying that they have got violation notices for resolved questions from a month or more ago. So Yes I guess it is possible. Resolved questions are still there for people to read so some people with more time than sense must troll through the resolved questions and see who they can report or violate.

Yahoo saw it. They can see everything. Even if a profile is private.
Yes I have. My "do you like pickled eggs" question got removed and it was a month or more old. For chatting. It's not always people reporting like everyone thinks. yahoo checks in behind us to make sure we are playing by the rules.
