put on the oldest outfit you own(it has to be tacky and outdated to be effective), put on a sweat band and get really light dumbells(like 2 pounders) and create your own workout class in front of the mirror...maybe do some jumping jacks, some perky high kicks lol all in good fun:P very entertaining,, you'll think you've lost your mind
depend if u have money den shop or talk on the fone nd if u have neither jus walk out side and meet someone new
Go for a walk and if you have music listen to it while you walk. Enjoy the fresh air. I can walk for hours.
Or watch the Disney channel.......they crack me up
