Take a deep breath, say a prayer and then move on through...full speed ahead!!! I also think of HIM? MY sweetie babe and everything doesn't seem quite so bad anymore! HE inspires me!!! =D

Take my Prozac.

kick my cat in the asss

Go back to sleep =D

Listen to music or watch a sitcom

take a hot shower that always makes me feel better...

take a xanax and hope it gets better

By going on the computer.

Sex usualy is the cure for everything....LOL

Play with myself or find a sex partner.

Drink some coffee and sit around for awhile until the bad mood is more mild.

Kick my dog. Always make me feel better.

refocus, think about something positive or just out there~ take your mind off things, and dont worry about stupid stuff like your hair or a fever blister or whatever it is...

I don't snap out of it... I just snap on anyone I come in contact with, pretty much. It always makes me feel better! Just kidding, but I really don't snap out of it, the day is pretty much shot for me.

I drag myself out of bed and hope there's something uplifting on the radio for my drive to work.

Take it out on my subordinates at work. They usually end up pissing me off at some point during the day anyway!!!

Think of everyday as full of new horizons and challenges to met with happiness and fun Everyday is different.. so make the best of it.. When I wake up lately SHEmy LOVE is on my mind and that makes things alot better..

It completely depends on the reason for the bad mood.

Most often, writing/playing/listening to music, meditation or painting/drawing will ease my anger.
