If not, first give 10% to my church.
Second, pay off all credit card debt.
Third, buy a house.
Put the rest in money market CDs.

after that I'd spend the money....and invest some.

3. Get new car and give away my truck.
4. Bank $100k for emergencies, extra cash to buy gifts with, interest to supplement working income, etc.
5. Give rest to charity/fund cancer research/do generally good things. (Be somewhere between $800k-850k left that I have no use for, so why would I keep it when others need it?)

Ask them what it is for, say thank you allot, buy them something ( then again i don't think they need anything if they can afford to gove away 1,000,000; but still).
Pay all bills, make savings account, give to my family, make a business for my family, donate some of it to people who need it most,
