Ugh! Yes! One time I walked into this little store with some of my family (mom, sis, one of my bros. ... I think that's it lol) and this little girl came up to me and kissed me on the cheek (yeah the cheek I'm pretty sure...I know it wasn't on the lips) and it was so weird! I think she had a mental disability.
