I work midnights. This is the first year it has not fallen on my weekend to work. The hospital pays us one extra hour in the Fall and one less hour in the Spring, which I think is fair.
we get an hour put in a "bank" that can be used later. (to take off work and get paid)
when it's reversed in the spring we still get paid for 8 hrs.
