To smoke or not, that's the question?!

Question: I haven't smoked in about 6 months, but yesterday i wanted one really bad, stress at home and work. But i couldn't find any one to give me just one so..... I bought a pack.
I have had 4 so far and fighting the urge to go right now and have one.
What should I do?

  • Well if you want lung cancer, then have a cigarette.

    Stop now.

Well smoking can cause to death so i would chose not to smoke

dont smoke..thats all i can say...u can do a lot of thing to reduce your stress instead of smoking!

don't be weak, give it up. it stinks.i quit 12 years ago,if i ican, you can.

*if you wanna smoke the just smoke*

it may be sad to read this, but i think you should throw the rest away and not feel guilty about the 4 you had. those 6 months meen alot, and i know its hard, but youll be thankful for your health in the long run.

You should resist the urge. Flush those cigarettes down the toilet and find something else you can do to relieve the stress. Actor Telly Savales (Kojak) used lollypops to quit smoking. Just a thought, but you could try that.

PS: My father quit smoking over two years ago, after having triple bypass surgery. He smoked for 40 years, and if he can do it, you can. Be strong.

just like you quit before there was a reason figure out what it was and let it be the reason again

remember the living hell trying to quit in the first 2 or so weeks? if you start again you will have to go through that hell all over. you don't REALLY want them. be strong
    PEACE

dont smoke cos if u continue, u might get addicted and its hard to stop.

Look, put the tobacco into the full context of your life. If it's a bad thing, put them down and walk away. If they help you avoid worse things, then light up. Don't feel guilty about it.

We all have bad habits, many non-smokers have nastier habits than smokers do.

google up some pics of lungs that are infected with lung cancer from smoking ,look at your loved ones and realize how much they need you, look at the cigs and decide,
hummmm cigs,family....family , cigs..... blood is thicker than smoke!!!!!
