Jimmy Smits by far.... i really liked watching the partnership between Simone and Sipowicz grow and also his relationship with Diane -- and yeah, he's hot
David caruso. Does a great job.
Rick Schroeder. I remembered him as an fairly unlikeable, self-aware child actor, but it turned out he was a good adult actor.
I found him very believable in his role.
