I would like to see spiderman vs superman because both of them cannot be defeated.Spiderman always has his ways though.Venom vs superman would be great in my choice.In a recent comic book episode it said that marvel won the fight.

DC!! Superman owns all. I mean if he tried. Of course he seems to be a punk at times. Like if some dude had a gun that could shoot kryton bullets it would really kick his ***.
But with the skill and power they say superman has, he could drill under the ground, pick up the chunk of ground he's standing on and throw his *** into space.
... Superman!! Yeah!! No one can beat him. NO ONE!!
Superman vs. Captain America
Dc would win and this is proof.
Superman would beat Captain America.
Superman could beat just about everyone...but the rest of all of the DC's could be beaten easily by the rest of Marvel. I am pretty sure the Marvel characters would figure out Superman's weaknesses, Lois Lane (or Lana Lang depending on age) and Kryptonite. Moreover, the wonderful mind control powers of Dr. X, among others would cause Superman to harm himself.
So...I guess that makes me suggest that Marvel would win. Imagine Hulk v Superman...or Wolverine v Superman...no matter how many times Wolverine is hurt or killed, he keeps coming back...and Superman will eventually get old. Wolverine is ageless.
The hulk would have to be Marvel's idea of 'superman'... these two should slug it out.
