He's only marking 'his' territory like a dog.
- Shooting him will only get blood on your truck. If you think pee is bad try getting blood off it!
- Giving him candy after Halloween sets a bad precedent and is rewarding bad behaviour.
- Talking with him will let him know it bothers you. You will probably see an escalation.
- Feeding him ex lax - well that's an adult medicine, isn't it - even if it isn't his guardians might consider it assault and then it escalates.
If ignoring it for a long while doesn't work you can always try other options such as having a quiet word with his guardians.
