Question: I don't mean that people "rule" you if you are a follower or superior if you are a leader but more of are you passive or agressive in life? I am more of a follower (ln the work place) like I'd never want to be boss.

Leader untill i someone that knows more about the subject comes in, then i listen to them. (if they know what they are doing) im agressive in my life, (as you can tell).....its strange people seem to be drawn to me, and want me to help them and show them things--especially in karate, and work.....its wierder than hell.

I'm a leader. That's why I was promoted after 3 years of starting a new job, have been the boss in my area since then, then last year I got promoted again due to my leadership qualities. Bragging? yes and I'm proud of who I am!
