Well it would look kinda funny to have shaved legs but hairy feet and toes wouldn't it?
Yes I shave the tops of my feet and my toes.....when I shave my legs....which isn't too often anyways.

And anyone who says they don't have hair on their feet is lying....humans have hair everywhere except the soles of your feet and the palms of your hands.
