From what I know real zombies only exist in Haiti. And I don't know if they celebrate Halloween in Haiti or not... or exactly what your question means.

zombies can't really get confused they don't have a thought process. only instinct.... the hunger for human flesh. its all they got, and they have nothing else to go off of.
