Have you ever had points restored after yahoo have wrongly removed your question!
Question: i had a question removed yesterday yahoo gave me no reason on the violation notice - the question was asking opinions about a celeb - i emialed customer support and have just received an apology stating they have restored my points - wow! has this happened to you?

I had an answer removed there was nothing worng with....Bombarded them with mails and they sent me a mail saying they would restore my points....! Was first time this happen....Not sure if I actually got the points back...but at least they admit they wrong!

No. When I eventually found a link to complain, after several days all I got was a smug and trite little summary of the guidelines and a note saying they did not enter into correspondence, and hoped this helped!
I relpied saying I already knew where the guidelines were, I didn't agree I had broken them! They ignored it.
Yes a few minuets ago after I emailed them yet again to ask why one of my questions was removed, second time I got my points back, well done to you for standing up to them.
