Laptop...I love being able to drag my laptop around my apartment...especially curling up in bed with it. So much more comfy than sitting at a desk!

I bought a laptop, so that it would be easy to carry around and store away. But the battery pack runs out of power fast. So my next pc will be a desktop. Or both.

Depends really on what you want a desktop may be stationary but its upgradable, while a laptop maybe be mobile you will have to buy another laptop to keep its hardware up to date.
laptop- I can take it where ever I want.
I would always have a laptop. I like to be fully mobile and take my computer with me when I go away. I rarely use the battery though, it's usually plugged in.
Laptop....... I like to be able to move it around and put it in different places depending on what I need.

laptop no question unless you do a lot graphics and games. you can add lot of memory to laptop, for speadsheets id get pc or both
