this is being said in some figurative way, right? ...like will you change something superficial or change something beneficial? i think just to make a little change happen, something to make things look and feel better on the outside, you'll do the cosmetic thing first. like when i have a big problem or assignment, say a paper i don't want to write, i'll always clean my entire house first, just to get something done, so i feel like i'm accomplishing something. it just feels good to know something's getting done.
