The woman in the next office to me comes in waters my plants, opens/closes my blinds and puts things I have borrowed back in the supply closet - Hello you are not my Mom - Grrrrr

They think they know more than you(which is usually the other way around). I guess they will come around when you have proven yourself through some ridiculous standard they have. You were employed on your skill, education, and ability. You do not have to prove anything. Do what you do and forget them. You could always bring the whip if they get out of hand.

they are stuck up, snobs. i am the youngest one in my office by decades and they are all very nice to me. try confronting them in a nice way, it might help!
coz they r intimidated by u they think ur young so u have more freash ideas n r more creative.so they r insecure that u may out do them.dont let them affect ur work.
She wants to see how far she can push your buttons. Next time she tries this hand her something and be like "Would you be a dear and -------?" See how she reacts.
