I prefer dark chocolate, but like all three kinds. However, dark chocolate is actually healthy (in limited amounts of course). it contains some antioxidants that are good for you and are believed to:

It's important to remember that the benfits of dark chocolate depend on the quality and quantity. You should prefer chocolate with at leats 70% cocoa if you have the option.
It is even believed, that in order for a girls breasts to grow, she should eat 50g - no less or more - of dark 70% chocolate every day... Honestly!!
